Cosecha Partners

Cosecha Partners is a social enterprise that works with marginalized farming communities in Nicaragua to address rural poverty and environmental degradation through sustainable agriculture. Since 2013, Cosecha Partners has facilitated niche market access to over 600 small-scale farmers, assisting them in adopting organic practices, increasing yields, and improving their quality of life. Through an innovative grower outreach program, Cosecha Partners trains traditional farmers on the principles and practices of organic and regenerative agriculture, improving both the quality of food produced and the sustainability of lands under their care. As part of its organic chia program, Cosecha Partners is proud to partner with indigenous Miskito and women’s groups in the areas around Nicaragua’s ecologically sensitive Bosawas Reserve, the Western Hemisphere’s second largest rainforest.
